To Delete a Physical Item

You can delete a physical item if you have the appropriate permission. You must remove all relationships from the physical item, otherwise you will not be able to delete it.

Note: Deleting a physical item removes valuable historical information. Before you delete, consider marking it Historic instead, by setting the Date Obsolete field.
  1. Open the object you want in the Content pane.
  2. Make sure all relationships have been removed.
  3. Click the Delete icon in the action bar.
  4. When prompted, click Yes to confirm.
